CALL SERVICE CO-ORDINATOR : Enables the customer to log their complaints at one point contact and also as she is a technical person she solves problem over the phone going through the nature of the problem explained by the customer. This system is to save the customer's down time.

MANAGERS : Experiences and professional managers to ensure high & qualitative productivity. All Managers are trained in their respective field and they head every division.

COMMUNICATION : We are having all facilities like phones, fax, pagers, mobiles and email for smooth working. Our support persons are also equipped with pagers & mobile to ensure proper & immediate response.

TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE

Our technical divisions are equipped with latest tools and devices like Advanced Diagnostic Card, SMD Lifting Machines, OSCILOSCOPE, EXCERSISER, DESOLDERING PUMPS, latest Fault Finding tools and many more to ensure qualitative and better productivity.

• In CLR we have provided services to more than 1200+ resellers successfully including some of big national distributors & service providers. Services are still continuing to achieve more.

• In Spicenet Service we have provided services to more than 400+ bank branches all over W.B. satisfactorily, which helps spice net to achieve more from banks.

• In TPM division, we have successfully achieved more than 1000+ PCs in our Annual Maintenance Contract by providing effective and quality services.
